About this role
As Senior Manager, Market Growth & Operations, you will run and grow a Home Instead market. You will own its P&L, growth strategy, day-to-day performance, and local team—acting as both the business leader and the person who makes progress happen. This is a highly hands-on, field-based role. You will personally build referral relationships, generate new business, lead the local operation, and solve problems as they arise. You will lead a multidisciplinary frontline team, help build the local talent bench, and set a high bar for performance, accountability, and client experience. Honor leads the world’s largest home care network with the most advanced care platform. We’re revolutionizing how society cares for older adults, their families, and Care Professionals.
