Seeking a Director, Risk and Compliance Operations to transform how Honor manages platform-integrity and regulatory risk - moving from reactive case handling to a proactive discipline built on data, monitoring, and durable systems. This leader will build the governance frameworks, detection mechanisms, and monitoring systems that surface issues before they become a problem, while continuously identifying opportunities to simplify operations, protocols, and policy so that managing risk becomes a lever for scale rather than a source of friction. Honor leads the world’s largest home care network with the most advanced care platform. We’re revolutionizing how society cares for older adults, their families, and Care Professionals.
