Ophelia is seeking a part-time Technical Recruiter to lead hiring across our technology departments, including Software Engineering, Data, Product Management, and Product Design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on sourcing incredible technical talent, building genuine relationships with candidates, and partnering closely with hiring managers to make amazing hires. It is a full-cycle recruiting role, including research, sourcing, interview coordination, candidate management, and closing. A successful Tech Recruiter at Ophelia is someone who is proactive, goal-oriented, and genuinely motivated by helping candidates find their dream in our growing tech teams. We’re looking for someone who can bring a strong point of view on what excellent technical hiring looks like, while staying flexible enough to adapt it to Ophelia's fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is a part-time role at approximately 20 hours/week, reporting to Ophelia's Talent Acquisition Manager. Ophelia helps people end their opioid use and restore their quality of life with respect for their time and dignity.
