Looking for an experienced Product Designer who is passionate about designing products that improve people's lives to join our team and support our transformation to a digital product-driven organization. The Product Designer will own the user experience of our platform end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft user-centered design solutions. They will leverage data and user research to inform the design process, resulting in products that are visually appealing but also highly functional and aligned with user needs. Because they are building an AI-powered career platform, this position will shape how our users experience AI as a helpful and trustworthy guide. Upwardly Global is a national workforce development organization that connects work-authorized, college-educated immigrants to skill-aligned professional jobs across the United States.
