Hiring a major gifts leader who will find, qualify, and close donors. This is a build role, not a maintenance role. You'll be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and converting new major donors at the $10K+ level through active relationship management. Manages a personal portfolio of high-net-worth donors and prospects to secure six- and seven-figure gifts with tailored solicitation strategies. Upwardly Global (UpGlo) is a national nonprofit that helps immigrants, refugees, and asylees rebuild their professional careers in the United States.
