Looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, analytically-minded Senior Member Engagement Manager, Lifecycle to join Carrot's Growth & Engagement team. In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end project management, QA, and data analysis – driving development, launch, and optimization of member-facing email, SMS, and Push communications that guide a member through a personalized health journey. Carrot is the leading global fertility and family care platform, built on intelligent care orchestration: the right clinical guidance, at the right moment, in the context of each member’s life.
