About this role
An onsite role at two Sacramento-area locations, Monday through Friday from 10am to 6:30pm PT, where you'd help a client's employees get connected to housing, food, financial, legal, and mental health resources and stay with them through applications and follow-ups. You'll also track and report outcomes, work with the client's care teams on emergency funding, and promote the service to employees. Spanish & English proficiency required. Spring Health is a global mental health company on a mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health.
