Staff Analytics Engineer

About this role

In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Go-to-Market teams to design scalable dbt data models, build intuitive Looker dashboards, and integrate data from a variety of SaaS applications. You'll transform complex datasets into trusted insights that guide business decisions, forecasting, and execution. You'll collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure high-quality, reliable data pipelines while partnering with analytics engineers and analysts to establish and maintain dbt and Looker best practices. As a Staff-level individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director of Analytics, you'll play a key role in shaping Aurora's analytics foundation and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
