About this role
Reporting to the Chief of Staff and working in close partnership with the Resource Development senior leadership team and the Digital and Finance teams, this newly created role owns Resource Development’s full analytics and performance ecosystem — from revenue intelligence and forecasting to AI adoption and gift operations. The Executive Director is a principal thought partner to the CRO and the leadership team, translating complex data into competitive insight, embedding a culture of evidence-based decision-making, and ensuring CARE USA has the predictive intelligence needed to reach its revenue goals. The ED directly supervises CARE's Resource Development Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function alongside the gift processing and data integrity teams, providing executive guidance for the operational and financial infrastructure that underpins the division's revenue performance. CARE works around the world to save lives, defeat poverty, and fight for people, especially women and families.
