On Practice Growth, you would design the system that helps give providers time back so they can spend more time in session helping their clients while also helping them maintain a healthy practice. You’ll help providers streamline the intake of prospective clients and shape the AI admin layer that supports them in that work: answering inquiries, booking appointments, following-up. Headway is making mental health care actually affordable, building the tech that connects therapists with insurance so more folx can get the care they deserve.
