Midi is looking for a VP of Commercial Marketing to own the strategy, execution, and results that establish Midi as a B2B powerhouse. This is not a support function — you are the executive accountable for the commercial marketing P&L, for the pipeline our enterprise partnerships depend on, and for the credibility of the Midi brand across the entire B2B landscape. You will build and lead a multidisciplinary marketing organization, evolve Midi's brand beyond DTC, and architect high-impact programs that expand strategic partnerships and drive member acquisition pull-through at scale. You will be judged on outcomes: pipeline generated, partnerships closed, LTV/CAC improved, and revenue influenced. You bring the strategic vision of a marketing executive and the operating discipline of someone who has personally driven a number before. Midi Health is a virtual care company focused on women's health in midlife and menopause.
