Midi (a remote healthcare startup) is hiring a Master Scheduler to manage clinician schedules — processing time-off and schedule-change requests, updating availability and admin blocks, and handling the patient rescheduling that follows. The role is queue-based and ticket-driven: prioritize by urgency and patient impact, own requests through resolution, keep documentation clean, and escalate blockers fast. Expect to be cross-trained and flexed across workstreams (urgent callouts, schedule/template building, coverage during PTO or volume spikes, onboarding/cleanup projects) as operational demand shifts. Midi Health is a virtual care company focused on women's health in midlife and menopause.
