The Sr. Finance Operations Manager is a key individual contributor on the Finance & Accounting Team, responsible for the day-to-day financial operations that keep the organization running accurately and compliantly. This role has primary ownership of billing and collections, sales tax compliance, AR and revenue reconciliations, and vital parts of our month-end close operations, while also supporting the FP&A processes and management reporting that inform leadership decisions. This is an operational role at its core, with meaningful analytical responsibility layered on top. Murmuration is a civic-engagement and community-power organization that provides data, organizing tools and capacity-building to values-aligned partner organizations.
