About this role
This role is primarily responsible for ensuring Murmuration’s partners take full advantage of our technology product, Organizer, as well as the broader suite of products and services we offer. Practically, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners, building trusted relationships while resolving support questions and needs, coordinating support resources across the organization, passing requests off to the appropriate internal parties when necessary and following up to ensure resolution, and acting as a consistent resource for partners throughout their experience with Organizer. You will guide partners from onboarding through ongoing adoption of Organizer, helping them successfully plan and execute their campaigns while maximizing the value of Murmuration’s tools and services. Murmuration is a civic-engagement and community-power organization that provides data, organizing tools and capacity-building to values-aligned partner organizations.
