DREAM seeks an Advancement Operations Coordinator to join our Advancement team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Advancement Operations, this role provides administrative, operational, and project coordination support across the Advancement department. The Advancement Operations Coordinator serves as a key partner to Advancement leadership and works closely with the Director of Special Events, Advancement Operations Manager, Special Events Manager, Annual Fund Manager, Database Manager, and frontline fundraisers to support the day-to-day operations that enable fundraising success. DREAM serves more than 2,500 youth in East Harlem and the South Bronx through PreK-12 charter schools and sports-based youth development programs. DREAM ensures that all young people recognize their potential and realize their dreams.
