Upsolve is hiring a User Advocate to serve as a trusted guide for low-income users navigating bankruptcy through their free filing tool — answering questions, helping update forms, resolving case complexities, and reviewing cases for completeness and quality. You'll also collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer to surface user insights that drive product and workflow improvements. Upsolve is a tech-driven nonprofit on a mission to help low-income Americans break cycles of debt and build financial stability. Founded in 2016 out of Harvard Law School’s Access to Justice Lab, Upsolve has grown into the nation’s most visited nonprofit financial education site.
