We find that people who consult us are generally responding to acute or systemic injustice, intense events (like grief, or joy, or both, or neither), or they have come to realize that some ways they move through life are borrowed, inherited, or not quite in alignment with their values. These conversations can be covered by extended health benefits that cover counselling in so-called 'canada', though please check with your insurance provider and your practitioner.
