Small Business Coaching & Consulting supports values-driven queer, trans, neurodivergent, Disabled, and chronically ill business owners, providers, and creatives who want help shaping their work into something clearer, more accessible, and more sustainable. We may work on offer design, pricing, client pathways, launch planning, messaging, content ideas, workflow, capacity planning, or the systems you need behind the scenes. This is a good fit when you have ideas and momentum, but need support turning them into structure. Like my coaching practice, my consulting work is relational first, centering accessibility, anti-oppression, and alignment between your work and however much of your whole self you choose to bring.
Pricing options include project-based pricing, monthly retainers, or quarterly retainers. Session-based pricing is available for current and past clients.
