Anserinae Coaching & Consulting supports values-driven neurodivergent, Disabled, trans, and queer folks who are trying to build meaningful work and lives without abandoning themselves and their values in the process. Through coaching, consulting, trainings, and co-learning spaces, I help people and organizations imagine possibilities, clarify what they want, untangle stuck patterns, design more supportive systems, and move toward sustainability, alignment, and joy. My work is rooted in Integrative Human-Systems Practice: a framework that centers the connections between our lives, brains, bodies, relationships, businesses, organizations, communities, and material conditions. I support individuals and plurals, small business owners, nonprofit leaders, providers, creatives, and teams with neurodiversity-centered coaching, accessibility and equity consulting, resourcing, nonprofit and small business strategy, leadership support, and systems design. Serin Bond-Yancey (they/any) is an integrative human-systems practitioner, coach, consultant, creator, educator, and nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience across social work, leadership, fundraising, communications, facilitation, accessibility, and systems change. In addition to their professional background, Serin brings an MSW, a deep commitment to anti-oppression, and extensive lived experience as a Disabled, neurodivergent, queer, trans person and DID system. Serin supports values-driven queer, trans, neurodivergent, Disabled, chronically ill, and plural (DID/OSDD) folks who are cultivating businesses, organizations, relationships, and lives in a world that was not designed with them in mind. Their work helps people find language, structure, strategy, meaning, and next steps that feel more aligned and accessible.

1:1 coaching offers a collaborative space for self-exploration, processing, problem-solving, navigating complexity and uncertainty, and designing ways of living, working, creating, and leading that fit who you are, your access needs, and your aspirations. Clients often come to coaching during moments of transition, uncertainty, burnout, expansion, or stuckness—when something about identity, work, relationships, business, leadership, or life feels misaligned, conflicting, or hard to sustain. Sessions may focus on neurodiversity, identity, burnout, life transitions, career, leadership, executive function, decision-making, business-building, creative work, boundaries, self-trust, or navigating complex systems. Sessions start at $225 for 50 minutes or $325 for 75 minutes. Coaching packages are available for 3, 6, or 12 months. Limited sliding scale spots are available. Please contact me to join my sliding scale waitlist.

This is a structured 1:1 coaching lab for neurodivergent professionals navigating burnout, pressure and misaligned systems. It is designed for people who are already doing meaningful work—leading, creating, organizing, caring, building or solving complex problems—but keep running into environments, expectations, or systems that make that work feel impossible to sustain. Instead of trying to “fix” you as an individual, this lab focuses on redesigning the internal and external systems shaping your work and life. Across 12 sessions, we examine patterns, power dynamics, expectations, narratives, boundaries, workflows, supports, and infrastructure. The goal is not just an “aha” moment. By the end of the lab, you will have new systems, boundaries, narratives, and structures already in motion—along with repeatable tools you can keep using. $4,800 for the full 12-session lab. Payment plans available. Please contact me to join my sliding scale waitlist.

Small Business Coaching & Consulting supports values-driven queer, trans, neurodivergent, Disabled, and chronically ill business owners, providers, and creatives who want help shaping their work into something clearer, more accessible, and more sustainable. We may work on offer design, pricing, client pathways, launch planning, messaging, content ideas, workflow, capacity planning, or the systems you need behind the scenes. This is a good fit when you have ideas and momentum, but need support turning them into structure. Like my coaching practice, my consulting work is relational first, centering accessibility, anti-oppression, and alignment between your work and however much of your whole self you choose to bring. Pricing options include project-based pricing, monthly retainers, or quarterly retainers. Session-based pricing is available for current and past clients.

Nonprofit Organizational Consulting supports nonprofits and community organizations with strategic planning, impact planning and analysis, organizational development, resource development, anti-oppressive communications, accessibility and equity, program design, board infrastructure, and partnership development. This work is especially useful for organizations navigating urgency, growth, complexity, capacity constraints, or misalignment between their values, mission, and current systems. Consulting can include advising, project-based work, short-term strategy, facilitation, or ongoing thought partnership. Pricing options include project-based pricing, monthly retainers, or quarterly retainers. Session-based pricing is available for current and past clients.

Funding Balance Lab is a 5-month cohort lab for nonprofit leaders and teams who want to build a 3-year resource development plan—and the system to actually implement it. This lab is designed for organizations that are tired of emergency fundraisers, wishful grant-writing, brainstorming ideas that go nowhere, or relying too heavily on one funding stream. Cohort members will assess their current resource development ecosystem, identify gaps and opportunities, and begin building a more balanced, diversified, values-aligned funding strategy that accounts for capacity, effort, alignment, predictability, and flexibility. $2,250–$3,500, depending on organization size. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available in each cohort. Student pricing is also available for students not covered by an organization.

Trainings and workshops are available for organizations, businesses, and other groups. Topics may include accessibility, neurodivergence, anti-ableism, trans-affirming practice, nonprofit resource development, inclusive communications, values-aligned leadership, organizational change, and systems thinking. Sessions are designed to be practical, engaging, and grounded in real-world application rather than one-size-fits-all content. Contact for rates and custom pricing.
