Funding Balance Lab is a 5-month cohort lab for nonprofit leaders and teams who want to build a 3-year resource development plan—and the system to actually implement it. This lab is designed for organizations that are tired of emergency fundraisers, wishful grant-writing, brainstorming ideas that go nowhere, or relying too heavily on one funding stream. Cohort members will assess their current resource development ecosystem, identify gaps and opportunities, and begin building a more balanced, diversified, values-aligned funding strategy that accounts for capacity, effort, alignment, predictability, and flexibility.
$2,250–$3,500, depending on organization size. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available in each cohort. Student pricing is also available for students not covered by an organization.
